Event is scheduled for June 2021
Namibia’s biggest biomass event is now re-scheduled to take place from 3 June to 5 June 2021 at Otjiwa Safari Lodge. Standard Bank will be the main sponsor. The event will span three days, combining a research symposium, an industry conference and an expo for products, services and technology.
Interest in Namibia’s biomass industry is increasing rapidly, also internationally. Therefore, event organisers decided on a date that will allow exhibitors, companies and sponsors to engage and plan accordingly.

About the Standard Bank Biomass Fair 2021
Standard Bank’s Biomass Fair is an event tailored to the blossoming biomass sector in Namibia and the region at large. In 2021, the fair will take place over three days, including a research symposium (3 June), an industry conference (4 June), and the expo (5 June).
Event partners are the Namibia Biomass Industry Group (N-BiG), Namibia Charcoal Association (NCA), De-bushing Advisory Service(DAS), University of Science and Technology (NUST), Deutsche Gesellschaft für international Zusammenarbeit GIZ Bush Control and Biomass Utilisation Project (BCBU), Kickstart Namibia and Mikel-Jes Music Production. Gold, silver and bronze sponsoring packages are still available.
